All of our manufacturing steps are carried out under one roof. This results in efficient processes, excellent availability of supply and consistent quality.

Prototyping

We can manufacture prototypes on request from your drawings.

Assembly

Apart from two CNC lathes, we also have cross and angle drilling machines. A robot measures components.

Reworking

In order to guarantee the required surface quality of the valves, we use two fully automatic lapping machines.

CNC turning

The dexterity of our experienced staff is vital for some complex parts.

QUALITY

Once a workpiece has passed through all processing steps, it is subjected to a rigorous final inspection.

In the case of valves, amongst others this includes function, power, seal and flow rate testing.
