PRECISION AND HANDMADE
In the case of short-part turning, the blank is inserted by hand, in contrast to long-part turning.
Our CNC-operated short-part lathes allow production in a diameter range from 1 to 34 mm. Automatic precision checking takes place according to the specifications given on the appropriate drawings.
EVERYTHING WITH QUALITY IN MIND
Blanks that are delivered in are processed to become first-class components or complete valves in the shortest possible time.
The entire production process, any necessary reworking, such as lapping individual components, as well as assembly and inspection – everything takes place here under one roof.
Both of our CNC short-part lathes are used for hard turning. A robot measures the overall length of the components used in our hydraulic valves and sorts them automatically. This ensures rapid production and measurement errors are prevented.
As some turned parts cannot be manufactured in their entirety on CNC lathes, we also have at our disposal five cross and angle drilling machines, which can be used for further processing these workpieces.
